If Leeds signed this agreement, how is it possible for them to pursue court action?
I'd say see how the court rules, and if they have to give them the points back do it. Then about 2 days later deduct 15 points (or as many as necessary for them to finish 7th...or 21st) for breaking the signed agreement.
