And he would have been. Guaranteed. A lot of people would have been desperate to jump on his back at the first mistake, or preceived mistake he made. It sounds to me like he's pretty comfortable with the situation.

Fair play to the guy he does seem to have learnt along the way and all in all his record is not bad, he seems to have done something right though as he has got us on an un-beaten run, it is probably handy him staying as well as it will make it  easier for Malpas to fit in as he has someone that knows the players alongside him and may be able to offer advice on certain players ability.

I'd like to hear that Ady is taking his coaching badges though so he can be regarded as a coach.
