I thought the Trust Board was comprised of people who won free and fair elections by members of the Trust? And in between elections, the board is empowered to co-opt board members. Having had two elected members resign, and two candidates who put themselves forward but missed out on being elected in the summer, there's an obvious match there. They weren't elected for a reason............ |
