Herons are ace....primitive looking buggers.....20 years ago quite a rare sight now common, you can find them in Queen's Park.
I saw one flying down Devizes Road.

I saw one flying down Devizes Road. There's one 20 feet from my office window sitting in the bottom of a willow tree hanging over the pond. Now if he would just stab those bleeding Canada Geese that are getting randy and honking non-stop, that would do me fine.

We always get herons flying in and eating our fish. I want to get one of those movement sensors for the pond that squirts water at anything that moves. That would show the bastwards
