Nor to be fair have the fans collectively had nearly as much as Mike has had to put up with over the last year, starting with a plane crash and not really picking up much from there. Whoops, didn't mean to minimise Mike's treatment Just applying your comments to the treatment of fans as well. Hope no-one took offence. No, I'm sure you didn't and sorry if it seemed like I was having a pop (I wasn't) but before everyone went off on one about what a rough time we've all had, thought it was worth injecting some perspective. And yes, arriba, the pilot has now recovered AFAIK

Can I suggest a TEF creative workshop where the papier mache, of the damp ruined cut-outs are turned into Frank Sidebottomesque heads of the main players in the farce that is the STFC Boardroom. A celebration of the autumnal equinox, could then take place in the bucolic fastness of SY's back garden, which could involve the ritual burning of the head effigies and other fertility rites.
