Spent yesterday afternoon in the company of Tom Heaton, talked about all things swindon for about 45 minutes. He loved it down here with us, surprisingly had really good things to say about Kingy, loved the fans and the players. Really interesting. Top bloke.

Not quite so nice - Leroy Lita. Interviewed him this morning - arrogant piece of work. good player tho.

As for nTevezm apparently he trainied with United today, which would suggest that's a done deal.

That is all.

I thought Tevez had been training with manure for weeks?

That's what BBC and Sky have been saying..................

Makes me laugh when the manure fans accused chelski of buying the title.

They've been doing it for years....................................................................

tevez hasn't been trainign with anyone, he's been at the copa america. Did watch Nani train yesterday - he looks incredible.

Heaton staying with United - realistically he'll be released in a  year or two. They have edwin, who may retire next summer, then kuszczak and foster.

Better than being from some random foreign guy who just gave it to them though. I'm no fan of the ManUre image but they achieved it rather than buying it like Chelski

Bollocks.

They had the money, so they bought the best players.

The wealth that they generate from shrewd marketing enables them to do this.

If a random foreign guy came into STFC and was willing to pump millions of pounds into making us a Premiership force, I'd be jumping for joy.

You say they acheived it as though they are on a level playing field with the rest of the premiership..................................
