Whilst I feel the statement of Mr Andronikou is in part unfortunate, I am also not clear why Mr Davis feels able to "demand" anything. Mr Andronikou's role is to act on behalf of the CVA and its creditors, not to my knowledge either the Trust Chairman, the Trust itself, or its members.

Looking at the definition of the word busybody, it is given as "A person who meddles or pries into the affairs of others", which to me seems a pretty accurate reflection of the activities of some of the people who have posted on the various forums in recent months.

I would suggest that definition is far more accurate than Mr Davis's assertion that Mr Andronikou seems to be saying "he is God"!
