Try using a proxy to get on it and see if you can do it that way.

A couple of things could be causing this.  First try a new broswer, Firefox 2 I would suggest

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

If this doesnt work then it could be your router (if you have one causing the problem).  But I doubt it would be this.

Excuse my ignorance, but I wouldn't have the first idea to do this! Do you mean like using a search engine? If so, I have tried this to no avail!

Orange bob, he means that you need to find a proxy, using google.  Then on IE go to tools internet options, I think connection then put the proxy information there.  Basically you are connecting to the proxy and then you will be using the proxys connection to gain access.  This is usually done so you can be keep so annomity?

Try clearing your temporary internet files. It might be getting confused and not downloading it.

Agreed.

Also reset your internet settings by going into tools, internet options, advanced and hitting reset and restore default settings. Then restart IE.

I would also recommend downloading Firefox and ditching IE altogether as it is poo.

Ok, neither of these things worked. We just tried using my other flatmates laptop and he has exactly the same problem, he can access other websites but not Ryanair! How weird is this?

Sounds like an ISP problem (with your internet supplier). What ISP are you with (will I know if it's a dodgy foreign one?)?

Similar things happened for ntl users on soem websites and the workaround was to use a particular proxy.
