Me too, although decent property is very expensive over here so I don't envisage buying anything at the moment, even as an investment. Property in France and Germany is supposed to be cheap so may start looking at investing in property in said countries.

Should I decide to settle, I am going to have to wait until I get married and knock out a few nippers and the more kids you have the less tax you pay (4 nippers = no tax!   )
