Write an essay on how much the UK economy will lose this week as a result of football fans not concentrating on their work, as they are preoccupied with thinking about how different results will effect their teams chances of

Promotion, relegation, play off chances, winning the league.

(please note this essay can include deluded Leeds fans who think that they may get a 4-0 win over Derby this weekend).

It's 10.14 on Monday morning and I'm really struggling work wise.

Ditto, I have a shit load to do before the bank holiday weekend too.

Positives to be drawn from the worst case scenario: A win at Wembly would be nice.

Negatives: It's all academic, if we blow it we'll lose in the PO semi and spend many years in division 4 a-la Oxford and Rovers.

Just tell the Pox fans to keep out of football league conversations.

Work dragged like a motherfucker today and my boss got sick of me whining on about swindon and all the town fans at work are downhearted, distracted, and worried after saturdays shambolic performance and the thoughts of not going up.

I had a stressful day too. Went and got my self a baguette at about 2pm, came home and have chilled out with the snooker on. It's a hard life.

Well it's finally Friday  Cheesy

The week has gone surprisingly quick, but now the nerves about tomorrow have set in. I have no nails left.

I think some serious alcohol intake is in order tonight.

So that's it, it's all over, no more work before the big match.  Less than 24 hours away from knowing our fate.

To be fair the week didn't drag on as much as I thought it would, althought this arvo has to a certain extent.

I'm off to have some grub tonight and get lashed up

COME ON YOU FUTHER MOCKING REDS!!!!
