She's fitter in juno when she's pregnant.

On the subject of the film. It's solid enough, but as I previously stated, t'was a bit disappointing. Some of the pop culturey yoof speak is a bit over the top at times, Ican imagine it seeming pretty cringe worthy in a few years time. It was almost like a modern day Bill & Ted speak.

The acting was pretty good, and it had strong characters, but they were all a bit too predictable. It was a fun train ride, but there was a definate feeling that you had the rail timetable for the whole journey, and you didn't even have to change at Abortionville. Not that it needed any plot twists, maybe just a trip up to the buffet counter to get a sandwich and an overpriced can of strongbow (too far on the metaphor maybe?).

Maybe I'm being a bit harsh. For what it is, it's brilliantly done. A bit more of Michael Cera's character would have been nice, although he is starting to look like he can only play the one role. Not really complaining though, I quite like the loveable gormless, yet slightly sharp character.

It's a lot better than knocked up; but in an interesting way I think I might have enjoyed it more if I haven't already heard about and seen knocked up. Too many pregnancy based films in one year.

I thought the sound track fitted the film well.

And there goes my review of Juno. One day they'll invite me onto Newsnight Review.

Is it really that bad that she might sort of look a bit on the young side? I'm expected to ignore all those 13 year old girls who look like they're much older and are always throwing themselves at me. So its only fair.

Controversial post of the day goes to.....
