Just found out my back pain isn't sciatica.

It's a prolapsed invertabral disc. Which means that some of the disc has fragmented.

And it won't get better.....................


Does that mean I'll get a Council bungalow and a blue three wheeled car?

shit ... sorry to hear that ... long period of rest is supposed to help I think ... or in extreme circumstances surgery may help ...... don't give up though ... don't let the NHS fob you off.

Sorry to hear that Steve, I got exactly the same and had mine pinned and plated with a bone graft last year, It is some of the worst pain you can have and I am sorry to say it doesnt ever get better mate.
