chilli and garlic chopped up and lightly fried
add your favourite green stuff (savoy cabbage,spinach whatever)
stir in some pasta cooked al dente
makes a lovely snack and fuck all washing up

Grab one of those packs of smoked salmon off bits (the non cleanly sliced stuff, normaly pretty cheap). Get some Crème fraîche and some single cream. Chuck it all in a saucepan and heat it through (half and half wiit the cream and fraishe, judge it on the amount of salmon you have), with some squzed lemon/lime and a bit of coriander to  add that fresh flavour. serve over some sort of pasta shapes, preferably tanglatelli (sp? - the stuff which is liked flattened spaghetti.)
