Definitely an interesting game tonight. Brazil were running at a canter against an honest but average Croatia and it'll be interesting if they can actually step it up a couple of gears against tougher opposition.
On that evidence the Criminals with their work rate and a bit of luck may be good for a potential draw or snatch a shock win on Saturday. Maybe even be worth a sly bet.
Without the chubby Ronaldo on the same form he was 4 years ago it’ll be interesting to see how their forwards will get on. Adriano is a class act on paper but both Robinho and Fred

are relative youngsters who have yet to fully make their mark on the International scene. With Ronaldinho often going missing they just don’t quite look like they have the same firepower up front as they have had in recent years.
I just wonder if largely having such a big base of European players for the past couple of tournaments could now be eventually taking its toll. Most of the squad have been playing large domestic seasons, commuting back to South America for International duty and the Copa on top of playing in the Champions League and UEFA cup.
They’ll still win the group but it’s going to be a moist inducing 2nd round tie against the runner up in group F (Czech Republic or Italy).
