A work mates Parrot escaped from the West Swindon area its an African Grey and there is a reward should anyone manage to catch it.

An Orthodox Jew in Israel has been threatened with divorce after blowing several thousand pounds on a parrot that swore like a trooper.

It was not until he took the parrot to his Tel Aviv home he realised its vocabulary included "son of a bitch" and other expletives.

After a rabbi advised the bird should either be killed or have its tongue removed, the owner's wife drew the line at any more expenditure and gave the parrot to a zoo.
