Why on earth would anyone go to the gym five times a week? Nothing at all wrong with exercise but wasting your time in a room with other nobs trying to look buff, forget that. You can get fit with a few sit-ups/press-ups a day and a couple of runs a week. People who push weights in gyms are all wannabe 'roid freaks.
i dont just push weights, do alot of cardio and swimming aswell
