What was so bad about him? In a poorly prepared team, he tackled and headed quite well, was not involved in heavy defeats , and I can't remember him gifting any goals. His passing was mainly hoof, buts that's standard here except for sometimes Gurney, and Viveash previously.

He just offered me no confidence in his ability to defend properly.  He may have been able to tackle a bit and head a bit, but I just found him too often looking like Bambi.  If he doesn't give an air of authority then he'll make others less confident and it causes defences to panic a bit.  Can't quite put my finger on it, but he just reminded me of a Carlton Palmer type of player.

So they had an air of authority in central defence, did not panic, and made no silly mistakes leading to goals, after he left?  ( Rhetorical question).
As for caliing  him  Bambi, deer deer! See your point though, but he was too young and inexperienced to expect miracles from, in the shambles when we started the season IMO.

Sorry, I  only watch home games, but going on the match report the back four were all awarded 5, satisfactory, but others upfield except Fallon only 4.  "Collins made several timely interceptions". You have to be there to know, can't trust the Adver.    :?

I don't get you, Sade...

I think Collins is better than Ifil, potentially. Oh yes.

Don't worry love I think I'm the only one that gets me  Cheesy

(I was sarcastically refering back to the time when fallon left, and in that huge thread fatbury said that fallon was better than parkin and sonic then banned him. Classic TEF moment)
