Do you mean Outlook settings?

If so it should have a 'pop' setting for incoming mail and an 'smtp' setting for outgoing. e.g. for yahoo:

Incoming mail server: pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk
Outgoing server: smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk

Not even sure if that's your problem though?

I'm baffled. First you have the incoming working now it's the outgoing  :?

Can't really help with much else. All I know is that it's pop for incoming, smtp for outgoing.
