Title: How to switch off a new laptop? Post by: 4D on Sunday, November 19, 2023, 15:13:37 Just bought a new laptop and checked it's working etc, but don't want to go through the set up screens yet. Trouble is I can't switch the fucking thing off. No shut down icon on the toolbar, and when I press the power button it switches the screen off but a light continues flashing on the side. Any ideas? It's an HP.
