Yes, Lavinier had a very good first half - was surprised to see him come off with Wakeling (who was also bright until he got injured, seeming in the penalty shout). I hope he got a decent send off, form has not been as good as early season recently, but generally a pretty strong season and played every league minute. A nice magnanimous gesture by the fans. I think most people think the squad themselves haven't been the main issue. Very few hate figures (if any?) in this squad. Young players with their confidence shot by bad management and lack of experience alongside them. |
