I think they've deliberately picked dates (27th and 30th July) around the start of the commonwealth games in Birmingham to cause as much disruption as possible. Travel chaos likely sadly :(

Yeah, change of plans it is then.
Might make a weekend of it in York, wasn't planning to but not the most onerous of alternatives I guess.

People feeling the pinch who earn about £60k a year on average is worthy of an inner wry smile.

The fjords are quite spectacular! Personally, less sold on the cruise - but that's purely individual taste!

5 season tickets 260 loyalty points. Not authorised to buy any. Same old problems

I also had issues when I tried to buy online at 10 am on Thursday. My account was correctly showing my 275 points but told me I didn't have the 'necessary permissions' to buy a ticket. I Tweeted the Ticket Office and they phoned me straight back and took my order over the phone. No idea what's wrong with the system for buying home tickets. When I buy for away games, it always works like clockwork.

Your problem now, of course, is that the Ticket Office isn't open again now until Tuesday.

I only have 260 points & bought mine online ok.

What was the allocation 550-600🤔

It was 600 last season with a sell out so I guess it was the same this year too.

When did they go on general sale? I did think it would still sell out despite the train disruptions.

Still a great effort considering national train strike, cost & peak holiday season

Went on GS at 10am on Tuesday and sold out within 24 hours. A lot of people grumbling that it made it to GS but with school holidays, train strikes etc it's a decent effort. Plus it meant I got a ticket having missed out in April!

Bloody hell, that was quicker than I thought. I thought the train strikes, etc. might make it at least be on general sale three or four days.
