Especially as Saturday's game is a 'pack the CG' attempt according to the official site. Normally the club's admin would be bombarding twitter regularly with messages for fans to buy tickets. Although they are probably sick of the barrage of 'Any City Ticket news' replies to whatever they post.

Ah I just remember you saying you thought about staying at the Sun Inn for a game, I stayed there again last week when we came up to see my Granddaughter and it was still very very good quality.

Someone who works at the club mentioned it to me earlier, although I am not privvy to the actual content as I have not been told but one can guess that if there is an announcement planned then there must be something in it being called off. Unless its to refute the suggestions floating around social media.

I genuinely thought that this weekends games would go ahead and that only government restrictions would be purpose for no fans and football behind closed doors yet again. I didn't even know that Covid-19 was amongst the playing ranks. IWe might not see much football prior to after the winter.

Players are in contact travelling and training.
They were all together for a very long time last Saturday for the Barrow fixture.
Just saying like.

I mean external contact. obviously if one gets it they are all going to with the club structure. last covid season they were in an almost lockdown scenario with the country to keep their bubbles in tact and allow fixtures to continue.

So because they’re footballers, they can’t go out and have a few drinks at the weekend, or socialise in general is what you are saying?

It’s no different to Joe Bloggs going to football with 10000 people and going back to work in an office of 20 on Monday.
