But in short, it's just what happens if no one wins one week (or subsequent weeks), it carries over and accumulates until there is a winners (hence a "snowball"). Anyone entering the first week will be drawn a team at random and keep that team. No skill needed. Pure luck of the draw/in it to win. Obviously have to be paid up before 5pm each Sat to make your team a valid entry into the Sunday draw. Basically if someone hasn't paid for that week and their team is drawn (or one of the unselected teams) out, then they won't win and it's carried over to the next week. Which then means a bigger jackpot.
