I'm with firestarter Tans. They do the same as yours but it's hit and miss so I've bought a sub to be more secure. Been with them for 2 years and it's been flawless until this weekend. I was previously using IP Vanish but wouldn’t work with I Follow, however changed to Express earlier in the year and I was able to use it for Ifollow, so unsure if something has changed or when you last tried it?
