OXFORD’S new manager Ramon Diaz has taken sons Emilano and Michael on trial. Midfielder Emilano, 21, played for Diaz’s ex-club River Plate while Michael, 18, is a rookie defender.

Its usually a bad sign when the father trails his sons along behind him.

 Think Stephen McMahon at Blackpool, occasionally they turn out to be half decent...eg Nigel Clough.
