Who's going?

I've been booked up for a month now, just wondered who else is?

Still considering it. Would imagine it's possible to book it up quite late?

I would have considered going if you could just buy match tickets. Seeing as you can't i'm not bothering.

Yeah I was thinking that too.......I didn't like Magaluf so I'm def not going to like Ibiza! (unless it was on the other side of the island somewhere!)

Well the flights are about £50 and the 4 star hotel is about £5 a night. Can't go wrong. Been to al lthe major cities like Barce, Prague, Amsterdam etc so fancied something different.

Apparently there's a street with approx 40 bars!   :beers:

No, it's a brand name.  Their vodka is alot more palatable than the stuff we get over here mind.

Lady, i booked an 18-30 holiday yesterday in Gran Canaria.

Was close choice between that and an 18-30 in Bulgaria.

Apparently it's the new up and coming location ?

Theres a lot of new destinations at the moment......... Tallinn in Estonia and Riga in latvia supposed to be really nice (Obviously not for 18-30 type of thing though)

I take it you're referring to Bulgaria as up and coming right?  Only our Private travel division book there so I wouldn't really know too much about that tbh however for a European point of view yes.

Venice is still as popular as ever though.

I loved Venice. Only went for 5 days, but it was ace. Bit of Verona too, which was dull.

I can't speak from experience as I haven't been however ppl that have have told me its very good for nightlife etc. mainly made up of English and German holidaymakers with some Dutch and Scandanavians.

I got this bit below from a website:

"As you walk along the shore-line, you'll notice that sunbathers section themselves off from each other. There's a family section, a mixed adult section (nudist), a mixed adult section (a bit too shy to take it all off) and a gay section (nudist and too shy mixed together). "

Quite interesting!!!  At least you have a choice!

Depending which part of the beach you decide to sunbath on!!!

I'm sure you'll have a great time though anyway. pretty much guaranteed good weather.

I've been to Fuertenventura which is the neighbouring island, was very warm and dry.

I found the sun was alot stronger there than mainland Spain or the Balerics, burnt very easy.

Not been to Tallinn, though I imagine it's very similar to Riga, a pretty little City that seems a little fed up with the stag-do trade it mostly caters for.

Bulgaria is the Spain of 30 years ago, cheap, underdeveloped, and with a huge coastline of beautiful beaches.  It also has ski resorts so is a year round destination.  I was thinking of buying a place there a couple of years ago, then I just spent the money instead :D

I was in gran canaria a few years back and the 18-30 rep befriended us even though we weren't on their holiday, it might be cos we were stuck in the 'irish quarter' where there was some serious celtic shirt wearing.  The place we stayed got featured on that club reps series.  The main beach there is spot on and the casbah is just lots of bars in a circle, good atmosphere there though.  As with all areas there are a fair number of tosspots but the climates good cos it has a bit of breeze so isn't ridiculously hot.  Gotta be careful on the main bach by the dunes as my mate found himslef stumbling into the nudist beach!
