Completely agree, banning sport will do very little to undermine the power of such leaders/dictators and can only damage the moral of the suffering population. I tend to think I'm fairly knowledgable on world politics but I know very little about Mugabe and Zimbabwe, it always seems to be that whenever anything makes the news their's an underlying assumption of Mugabe = Bad, Britain = good, without ever going into much detail. The quality is piss poor, and top players like Benni MCarthy from South Africa cant be arsed to play.
