It'd be nice whatever happens if the board would come out and explain it fully, so often these deals are shrouded in secrecy and speculation that people get the wrong idea and people get angry without knowing the facts.

If I was offered loads more cash and a cushy job my guvnor wouldn't see me for dust. At the moment Rory is on a hot streak and it might be the only one in his career so he probably feels he has to cash in. Just human nature really.
