Instead of the usual foreign legion moaning about the Christmas fixtures :x , its Souness bleating on about how there are too many games and the players are going to get hurt.Ahh,poor babies,i'm sure their fast cars and fast women aren't enough compensation.Personally i think they don't play enough games,although the way we're playing at the moment one game a week is too much i guess :(

at the end of the day, I am contracted to work 35 hours a week, I dont like it, I dont want to do it but I have to. I dont get a say in the matter.

These guys are no different, they are contracted to play football, they may not like it, they might not want to do it, but they signed a contract so they have to.

If they cant manage the 4 games in 8 days then they arent fit enough....

It's an absolute joke the way the modern lot complain about fixture congestion.  Get on with it, you're being paid enough.

I reckon the worst thing about being a footy player is the whole training and traveeling on Xmas day, especially if you've got kids.  But it's part of the job, everyone knows it happens, and to be honest if thats all they have t moan about they can bugger off! Seasonal footy is a british tradition, too many games in too few days is what it's all about!

I like Newcastle, and too be fair the injury problems they get are a pisstake, but souness is just a whingy scot who annoys me, I'd like to see Strachan there, he is one of the few scots in football who I can tolerate.
