I still find it bizarre that people call Chelsea boring, they score more goals than any other team in the premiership and don't play a boring style of football.

yesterdays liverpool - chelsea game was really boring. chelsea are boring and defensive and liverpool are not far behind. on current form they are the best two teams in the premiershit at the moment. why? because they dont concede many. simple as that. but they are boring...

Yes that wasn't a classic because both teams had very good defences and cancelled each other out but I watched the whole game and it wasn't that bad. I've seen the hour long highlights of most of the other champions league games on eurosport and there were much worse games, Real Madrid's a couple of games ago was fucking dire.

Chelsea are not defensive, they just have a very good defence but as I said they've scored more goals than anyone else in the premiership easily so they're hardly defensive are they?

It was hardly a typical Chelsea game, a fair amount of their games have 4 or 5 goals. Liverpool are more boring and much more defensive but they're better to watch than they used to be.

i agree ben. Rafa benitez seems to be doing  a good job at anfield. i wouldnt bet against a serious title challenge next year

I wouldn't mind seeing Liverpool win the title, as long as Man United or Arsenal don't win it I'm happy. I wouldn't be too surprised if they came 2nd this year.

My mate's not back until tomorrow night, so too many Superboks to drown his troubles I would have thought.  It shows how far they've fallen already that he's started taking the piss out of Swindon alot(even though he used to do alot of Swindon games when he was younger), whereas he used to just laugh it off.
