I think it was when Radio 1 kept going on and on and on and on about it I just thought fuck it, it's not that good. Then I missed a couple and now I'm clean and have been for quite a while now.
I can even switch it on realise what I've done and turn it over. No bother. Yeah sure there are times when I feel like watching it, but I can control my urges, it doesn't control me no more. And it feels good.
