Mexico, England and Norway may have a three way tie, and each has beaten one of them and lost to one of them - so goal difference will count. Here are the results from the game's against each other...
Norway beat Mexico (20-11) Mexico beat England (25-23) England beat Norway (30-12) So, all teams have won one each against each other. Which then leads me to goal difference.... England +35 Mexico -6 Norway -6 That would say to me that England are through, but a play-off would be needed between Mexico and Norway, to determine who goes through, imho.
