I think running when drunk is pretty fun. You can't tell you're worn out until you stop. Also if you can run in proper shoes without slipping, you know you've had enough practice at the old drunken running.

I try to get down the gym every other day, although i fail miserably quite often. I go running around the Peachcroft estate once a week during the Summer, haven't been since the weather took a turn for the worse though.....

I do about 20-30 mins down the gym everytime i'm there (av. 12kmh)

Same treadmill speed as me :)

I ran 5 miles in 37 mins tonight, was dead chuffed.

I have found a good hangover cure though, a sauna.

I think you may be confusing Peachcroft with Gainsborough Green/Saxton Road way. The worst i get round Peachcroft, is Birdy enticing me into the bushes for a spot of dogging :--

possibly. i'm sure i was once told not to walk peachcroft alone at night though.

I get in free with my membership to that, might give it a shot during the forthcoming week

It's quite bad round by the shops (Blockbuster, Budgens), you get groups of chavs hanging around there, but the outskirts (main road) where i run is fine

Abingdon looks a nice town actually, better than Cartoon Town.

Anywhere, barring the aforementioned places, is fine in Abbo. You still looking for a gaff then? Get a place on the marina, you could get a lift in with Rory Fallon :D

I was due to go running in the mornings but the Trainers still havent arrived due to some problem kitbag are having with their stock, so ive told em' to stick their trainers up their fat asses.  :evil:

i may be moving to abingdon soon. which would be nice.
