i've got the d500, it's a very nice little phone, small yet sturdy and easy to use. only problem ive had is one or two buttons not working, but they've all started to work again now. the camera is also very good and has a fair bit of memory on it. otherwise i wouldn't know what to recommend. At the moment I have a silver soni ericsson flip phone,its a bit of a brick and makes that horrid crack noise when you open it.Its annoying.
