Personally, I'm amazed anyone heard them, and do they allow non continuous obscene shouting then? Or has that one already been succesfully stamped out. Title: Like this... I think it was a red and yellow card system two yellows and you got thrown out. I also seem to remember it stopped within weeks, as nobody cared.
