Lennie Lawrence has come in as Director of Football .. to do the structure of the club, reserves, youths etc Title: Congratulations to Paul Trollope! Although his dad wasnt a great manager I think Paul has got his dads determination combined with his mums PR skills .. and that makes him a good person for management. Certainly a top class coach anyway!
