Title: Boston messageboard.... Post by: Reg Smeeton on Wednesday, November 2, 2005, 19:27:58 ....went looking for a bit of pre match banter, on the Rivals site...they don't seem to have anyone there, but it directs to another messageboard.
On getting there, an independent, it has been closed down recently after the club threatened legal action for defamatory comments etc. Apparently it was claimed negative publicity hits sales in the club shop etc. :shock: Our club hierarchy may not be the best, but you couldn't imagine them stooping so low over a bit of internet banter. Remarks that were removed within 2 hours and were pretty tame. IIRC somebody called him a rogue. oooooh.
