It's not a good thing to do though because it basically turns straight into fat because the body doesn't do anything to burn off the calories. If I were you, I'd have half of it, that way it gives you something to do & you will still have half left for tommorow

My most common late night snack is usually soup (straight from the tin to save on washing up and so I don't have to cook it)
