Title: mozilla firefox profiles Post by: oxford_fan on Sunday, October 30, 2005, 18:40:30 anyone know how to change these? i've lost all me bookmarks. alternatively the location of the folder where bookmarks are kept?

Then go to C:/documents and settings/<your logon username>/application data/mozilla/firefox. The profiles can be found there. There's a configuration document as well. OPen that with notepad and change the "1" to a "0" next to "start with last profile". it should mean that when you open firefox next it asks you to select a profile Title: mozilla firefox profiles Post by: Simon Pieman on Sunday, October 30, 2005, 18:49:39 Um ok I tried that and it doesnt work. In firefox go to bookmarks>manage bookmarks. Then file>import. Select import from file. Go to the same place I said before (documents and settings etc. etc.) then look in the profiles folder.
