Title: dawning of a new era. Post by: Mexicano Rojo on Sunday, October 2, 2005, 02:30:13 no not the specials, stfc.
i have been to 11 out of the 13 games this season and the game yesterday against franchise united was for me a horrible realisation. for the first time this season imho we looked like relegation fodder, up until yesterday we have lost, but we could always make excuses, or we were just unlucky. at the hockey stadium we were just really shit. we are going down unless there is a major reveloution at our club. We're going up with the Dons, And Southend are going down. I'd agree we looked pretty awful today, which considering a fantastic support, new impetus with a new manager and arrival of Devlin, and playing opposition who are candidates for relegation, is seriously worrying. I still maintain we won't be relegated though, we're not firing on all cylinders yet, and once Cureton, Thorpe, Whalley etc. hit their form, we'll be saved! :beers: Mind you, we have the worst goal difference in the league, and currently our position is frankly embarrassing. Fucking hell we cant wait any longer for these 3 to hit form!.ive been a big critic of Thorpe but at least he's putting the effort in unlike Cureton and Whalley. Title: dawning of a new era. Post by: Spencer_White on Sunday, October 2, 2005, 11:40:39 We will do ourselves justice at Brentford. Even without a roof.

The sooner he leaves the club the better. He can take that short cunt Cureton with him aswell. Fucking wasters. Anyone else notice Thorpe arguing with the bench yesturday? Who the fuck does he think he is?

Title: dawning of a new era. Post by: Rich Pullen on Sunday, October 2, 2005, 12:02:49 I think where we are once the Christmas schedule has ended is a good indication to where we will end up... It's not looking good but until then (unless we keep on losing every freakin' week) I'll keep my "chin up".
Title: dawning of a new era. Post by: Melksham Red on Sunday, October 2, 2005, 12:04:29 If anyone after yesturdays performance thinks were staying up then they are seriously deluded or didn't go.

Hardened by the bad runs of 02-03 and 03-04 I guess. The desperation hasnt kicked in yet, thats when you find out what weve got left in the tank. Title: dawning of a new era.
