Ofoborh and Kirkman also stood out, with Kilkenny being industrious in midfield as ever. With those, Wright, Smith and Ripley we would have a nucleus of a good side next year. Freckleton from a footballing perspective by a long shot I reckon. I'd also say also say Smith in a mentality way. When Holloway first arrived Smith was toxic, yelling at his own team mates, blaming them when he made mistakes etc etc. Now we have a player who leads by example and is the first to celebrate & comiserate with team mates.
