Looking to possibly get the above package. Does anyone know what the deal is with Netflix? We have it as a standalone with our BT broadband. Does Netflix run for the term of the sky contract or is it a couple of free months then a charge? Also, is the Netflix version that comes with the package the one with ads?

Netflix runs with your Sky contract, you just pay Sky as part of your bundle instead of pay Netflix on top.  The Netflix you get is the premium package so no ads and UHD content

Not sure how that works, just migrates your existing package down to the provided one I suppose. I think it lasts the entire contract length (if any) but don't know what happens when you leave

Nah, you might be right, I didn’t look at the specific package, just posted based on what I got with my bundle.

We have this, the initial was the basic Netflix package (with ads) and that was free. We then upped our Netflix subscription to the premium version and our Sky bill went up by the difference in price between the basic Netflix package and the premium.

We had Netflix prior to this and it just syncs your account when you log in.

the picture quality is shocking. Get the "puck" instead and invest in a decent 4k TV.
