Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: Lemis on Saturday, October 28, 2023, 16:12:54 Says a lot about a performance when a GK who's conceded 3 is voted MOTM
Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: RedRag on Saturday, October 28, 2023, 16:17:06 Is Mahoney the most comfortable goalie with ball at feet that we’ve ever had? Definitely.Although he made me anxious 2-3 times today, with the late, right-footed ball passed to his left just inches in front of the pressing attacker. Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: Quagmire on Saturday, October 28, 2023, 16:26:26 Who the fuck voted Liam Kinsella? :D
Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: Nomoreheroes on Saturday, October 28, 2023, 16:55:56 Couple of great saves. No one else really at the races. Mahoney it is then.
Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: adje on Saturday, October 28, 2023, 17:01:45 Mahoney for me,Hutton second for the sheer quantity of crosses
Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: RJack on Saturday, October 28, 2023, 17:03:22 Mahoney for me
I know people don’t rate Kinsella but I thought he did ok FBT has a stinker and one he’ll want to forget Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: No Longer Posh Red on Saturday, October 28, 2023, 18:05:49 Can’t pick any of the defensive players when you concede three.
Austin & RHM were awful. McEachran was terrible in the first half, better in the second. Young looked lively when he came on and at least got a shot a goal which led to a goal. Kinsella was ok, nothing spectacular but was solid enough in what he did. Khan did some good things, and some crap things which I guess average out. Hutton had lots of opportunities to cross the ball, but most either hit the first man or gave the attacking players little chance. Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: Bob's Orange on Monday, October 30, 2023, 07:12:47 Mahoney, obviously. I actually thought of the other players Khan did ok. Tyrese Shade has quickly become the boo boys target man. I mean he's not been amazing but I hardly think he's been absolutely clown like and miles worse than anyone else on the pitch recently. Just seems like a very easy target currently.

Only because Uwakwe is injured then it will revert back.Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: Batch on Monday, October 30, 2023, 09:26:18 I think Shade has been better than Uwakwe. So I'm starting early.

Not exactly a huge ringing endorsement but there we are. Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: Mooneyraker on Monday, October 30, 2023, 09:41:48 I'll reiterate that the most 'solid' LWB appearance I have seen was Genesini at FGR. And since then he's been more like Houdini, given his disappearing act. Bizarre.

Don't believe in the bullying of any player and I think he has has been decent recently, but he was miles off on Saturday and he didn't look like he cared quite frankly.Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: horlock07 on Monday, October 30, 2023, 11:05:42 Tyrese Shade has quickly become the boo boys target man. He came on against Morecambe and was getting dogs abuse before he even touched the ball. Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: donaldslovehild on Monday, October 30, 2023, 12:03:45 He came on against Morecambe and was getting dogs abuse before he even touched the ball. Just plain wrong and moronic.Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: Ƭ̵̬̊: The Artist Formerly Known as CWIG on Monday, October 30, 2023, 12:04:57 He came on against Morecambe and was getting dogs abuse before he even touched the ball. I think he's shit but honestly what the fuck is the point in this? If a player clearly can't be fucking bothered and isn't putting it any effort then fire away, but this is just wrong. Title: Re: MK v Swindon MoM Thread Post by: RobertT on Monday, October 30, 2023, 12:08:30 He does look like he isn't trying at times, but that's just his "style", certainly not deserving of being booed before even kicking a ball. I think he is going to bob around clubs in this Division or eventually drop lower. Everyone who sees him probably thinks there is a player in there to be unlocked, but I just don't think the key exists.

A manager will always take a chance as they think they can change him. |
