Anyone use this app for ‘stuff’. Chinese version of Amazon. Cheap as chips.

I’ve got lots of adverts for it. Normally, if things are too good to be true, it’s because there is something wrong.

Alibaba meets Wish effectively. Just another way of China to ship more plastic peripherals back to the UK...which we'll then send to them for landfill/shipfill again in about 5years.

Rinse repeat.

Oh and it also seems to be being heavily driven by big return referrals for new sign ups...which doesn't feel in any way shape or form pyramidy. More ponzi than any arbitrage scheme in crypto - just got a familiar skin on it; aka traditional online fast retail.

There's two things with this, several people will get stung eventually or our households will get infiltrated with even more shit that we really don't need or want. A heavy advert harassment and barrage marketing strategy will convince many that  they do need and want said items. As I said, it's effectively the new Alibaba and Wish combined.

I prefer the occasional purchase from Banggood anyway because it's more of a direct sale rather than picking out the good from the bad supplier on Alibaba. Their main focus is more on electricals and computing rather than just loads of plastic things like egg slicers, magnetic necklaces, and seconds clothing like a ''SiperDru'' jumper with misprints - with most stuff probably on lower grade materials/components etc. So yes, you'll get a bargain from Wish - er I mean Temu but you probs won't get longevity or quality from any items you purchase.

Suppose it depends if people wanna help clog up the planet with more plastics/disposable junk but that will be a personal choice for all of course and where their own conscience sits.

Well, that’s what I was trying to figure out. Is it actually £100 off your first order - you have to buy 20 items to qualify. Or is it £100 worth of vouchers off subsequent purchases?

It will be a bundle of coupons to use across multiple purchases.

Yep all the time, along with SHEIN and DHGate.

Some stuff on DH Gate is real football tops from the same factory getting sold on the cheap. Same with designer gear. Its a lottery as well though as tons of fakes. Cheap prices makes it worth a punt if you want an England top or something and the seller has good reviews.

DHGate I would say is similar to Ali Express yeah. This Temu is more like another Wish.
