We are already missing his long throws and crosses Title: Kevin Pietersen - still a bit "wet behind the ears" Post by: STFC Village on Friday, September 9, 2005, 11:53:42 Dictionary definition of awesome= inspiring awe or admiration or wonder. I don't remember feeling like that with regards to Duke :?

Title: Kevin Pietersen - still a bit "wet behind the ears" Post by: larwood on Friday, September 9, 2005, 13:31:08 It has to be remembered that despite of k.p's huge confidence,it is his first ever test series, so he is still learning how to construct an innings. The thing i worry about is his fielding,as we know catches win matches, and he's dropped seven so far i think :( . Taking into account all the dropped chances by k.p and others, and the fact that we have a keeper that can't keep, its shows how well we've played to be 2-1 up.Unlike previous ashes series the convicts haven't punished us[yet anyway].

"Sometimes half decent going forward" would have been more accurate and appropriate Title: Kevin Pietersen - still a bit "wet behind the ears" Post by: reeves4england on Friday, September 9, 2005, 15:12:15 A Village mistake

It's a shot that he's played so well against Warne this summer to roatate the strike and this time he just misjudged it, nothing to be worried about. |
