Title: Fasting Post by: Audrey on Sunday, October 20, 2019, 14:22:14 I’ve just had my brother and his wife over for 10 days and have eaten and drunk far too much. Consequently, I’ve had a real bad gut - nausea and gut ache.
I’m just over a day with no food - just water. What’s the longest to keep it up without being stupid about it?
