Title: Viagogo
Post by: Costanza on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, 21:41:14
I've recently purchased a ticket for an overseas football match using viagogo (price wasn't outrageously high that the value of a the ticket).

It's a bit late now but has anyone used this service before? Google throws the usual mix of 'DANGER! THEY'RE EVIL CON ARTISTS' and 'it's absolutely fine'. I bought a ticket with an immediate download so I already have it before I travel.

Cheers.

I've had friends who've used it, no problems reported.

Out of interest, what's the game?

Sounds like one of Ian Botham's erectile dysfunction treatments....apparently a "growing" problem amongst the young from watching too much porn.

Viagogo is a genuine ticketing agency.  A dodgy resale site but a genuine one all the same.  They are currently reselling a ticket for the sold out gig Im doing tomorrow - face value £15 - for £87.64.

I was thinking 'hmm maybe Reg is getting Viagogo mixed up with Vigore Linear Shockeave therapy' but instead of rudely correcting you, I thought it would best that you realised the error by yourself.

Barely legal cyber touts. I did read the government were going to clamp down on them all, but yet to see anything concrete.

This is why I went for a ticket with an instant ticket download.

Cheers all.
