So, looking at that video, when did they play the Pox where he scored a scorcher

pre-season last summer...and of course Plucky Pox are no strangers to that ground!

I know its only Youtube and as shown by others that doesn't count for much but boy can he hit a ball and some of those close in strikes are worthy of a centre forward.

With the Redditch episode in mind, it's good to see that Power has made a point of praising Woking.

With the way it's panned out, with hindsight perhaps Redditch did best out of the deal?

One of those goals was past Phil Smith (so he must be good). Sounds like the right kind of signing. It'll be interesting to see where he plays in a 3-5-2 - the most advanced midfielder?

I'm as wary of a youtube video as the next person, but the movement, involvement in play, range of shooting, and clinical finishing displayed by Goddard has me looking forward to seeing him play.

Good game with Slovakia winning in injury time from a direct free kick, they probably deserved it after the ref turned down what seemed a stonewall penalty for the Slovaks in the 90th minute. Their coach was sent to the stand after chucking his water bottle on the pitch after the penalty was not given.
Best England player was John Goddard and no surprise that he will be playing in the League at Swindon next season
England seemed to lose it (from being 3-1 up) after all the substitutes were all used in the second half.
Not a bad game for the last of the season and makes a change to need an ice cream rather than a half time Bovril
