Title: Re: Football Index Post by: Chubbs on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 15:54:30 deja vu.
I just opened an account a couple days ago, Its become apparent quite quickly that unless you stump up a fairly large ammount of money to start with, you will not make much of a return at all. Im still finding my feet mind. Who have you got in your portfolio DRS? Title: Re: Football Index Post by: Don Rogers Sock on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 16:04:42 Got a few Eden Hazards,John Terry and Degea and 5 Charlie Austins.
Bought a few Neymars last week he was £5 when i signed up and now he's £6.58. Title: Re: Football Index Post by: Ells on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 17:11:24 Amazing the lengths people go to to obfuscate the fact they're basically putting money in bookie's tills. That's all you're ever doing you know.
Title: Re: Football Index Post by: Don Rogers Sock on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 17:17:58 Not sure it's going to any lengths is it? It's stated in my post its for people who like a gamble

That's all you're ever doing you know. And all football is is 22 men kicking a ball around some grass. Title: Re: Football Index Post by: Bob's Orange on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 17:49:11 So how can you buy multiples of the same player?
Are lower league players available or is it all Premiership/top league etc? Title: Re: Football Index Post by: Don Rogers Sock on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 18:10:10 When you purchase it gives you the option of how many you want to buy Bob. It's based on top 200 in the world and their value is dictated based on media coverage rather than performances. Was fuming I couldn't buy Adam Johnson 😉

So does it matter if its good or bad media coverage? For example, Wayne Rooney was on the news earlier as he is injured, would that make his price go up? And I presume the Ronaldo storming out of the press conference also? And Neymar for his tax fraud etc? Title: Re: Football Index Post by: Samdy Gray on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 18:41:26 Spread betting on footballer newsworthiness.
Of course this is a thing. Title: Re: Football Index Post by: Don Rogers Sock on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 19:53:12 Ah ok. Yeah exactly, Neymar went up £1.80 in 3 days due to those stories. So does it matter if its good or bad media coverage?
