Narrowed it down Mondeo or Insignia 2-3 years old. I've had three Mondeos inc current model. I have had Insinias on occasions when my mondy has been in for services etc. fucking hate them. That said I trialed an estate Mondy. Not for me as the vacuum created when driving pulls all the shit off the road when it's wet, then again maybe all estates do that? It was a horrible, horrible car, felt really big & heavy, like driving a tank. All the bodywork is thick & chunky which reduces visibility so you are driving a huge car looking out of tiny windows. Never been a huge fan of Fords, but between the 2 you mentioned, you made the right choice
